Liverpool F.C. International Academy Utah has secured the services of Sarah Reber as the organisation’s Southern Utah Administration Manager.

Liverpool F.C. International Academy Utah has secured the services of experienced administrator - and Reds fan - Sarah Reber as the organisation’s Southern Utah Administration Manager.

Sarah will support the LFC IA U soccer training programme - based on The Liverpool Way - which includes Liverpool FC’s core values of Ambition, Commitment, Dignity, and Unity.

She will also form an integral part of a commercial team that seeks to organise fundraising events and sponsorship opportunities.

Wayne Scholes, CEO of Liverpool F.C. International Academy Utah, is delighted that Sarah has agreed to join the organisation.

He said: “I have known Sarah for a long time and I’m confident she will fit in extremely well with the close-knit team we have here at Liverpool F.C. International Academy Utah.

“A key element of our philosophy is to have the best people in key positions and Sarah certainly is one of those people who fills that criteria.

“As much as we have talented performers in coaching roles on the pitch, it is essential they have strong support behind the scenes. That is where I am sure Sarah will excel.”

Sarah previously worked as an Adult Sports Supervisor, and Recreation Specialist, at City of St. George and is looking forward to joining Liverpool F.C. International Academy Utah.

She said: “I have always enjoyed working within a sports administration environment, so this is a natural move for me. I am also a Liverpool fan, which of course helps!

“The work that Liverpool F.C. International Academy Utah is doing, in terms of growing soccer in Utah, is fantastic and I can’t wait to get started.

“The city of St. George has some great facilities for young players to enjoy the game, and I want to make sure that development continues. It is a very exciting time for me and my family.”

Hundreds of youngsters took part in try-outs for the Liverpool F.C. International Academy Utah last month, as plans continue for the new season.

Teams across Utah will play under the Liverpool F.C. International Academy Utah banner when the next campaign gets under way this summer.
